🔮 Pop-up cities are much like college campuses, or as my friends call them — “adult summer camps”.

What traits does the Edge City population have that others do not?
- Curiosity, high agency and openness to exploration, both in personal and professional terms
- Healthy default, within and outside the pop-up city environment, including a desire to contribute to the future of longevity interventions and products with feedback, personal experimentation, etc.

While the pop-up city concept emerged in 2023, there has been small incremental progress in answering biotech-related questions.
Mainly, what kinds of experiments are these environments uniquely suitable for, in the biotech and health space?
We focus on the following questions:
- How can we push the healthy default toward careful, useful experimentation and N-of-1 trials?
- How can we help companies test and improve their products with trusted feedback from our communities?
- What kinds of projects can we help builders incubate and quickly iterate?
Our Residency aims to be the first of its kind, to support answers to these questions.
