Toward human biological fluorishing.
Hi fellow hacker! I’m Denisa, Residency lead.
And I was you, not long ago.
After a “lifetime” (18 years) spent in Eastern Europe, learning how to code and solve math problems, having no bio community to relate to and talk about longevity and biotech with — I left.

I left to do aging research, biotech VC, launch a longevity non-profit, and now, run programs in pop-up cities… just like this one.
The reason: I never related to a new bunch of people more than I did in pop-up cities. I never explored and talked shop with more people, learnt about fields way outside my expertise and got excited about life, as much as here. In pop-up cities like Edge, I am home.
This is my found family, and I want to help you discover yours, too.
Especially if you are Latin American. To adapt a classical Romanian saying, “you can get me out of Eastern Europe, but you can’t get Eastern Europe out of me” — I am likely not that foreign to your problems.
This Residency puts everything I care about together:
